Walk along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to get stunning views, for example The Green Bridge of Wales probably the most spectacular natural arch in the UK. Visit Bosherston Lily Ponds, a beautiful National Trust site with lots of wildlife including otters - with wheelchair accessible routes. You can walk there from the National Trust car parks (toilets available) at Bosherston, Stackpole Quay, or Broadhaven beach. The water lilies flower in Spring and early Summer, but this is a beauty spot at any time of the year.
Bring a rug and a picnic to Lamphey Bishop's Palace, sit inside the grounds of the Palace ruins and soak in the medieval atmosphere. There is an entry fee into this CADW site in Summer which also has a gift shop, refreshments and parking. Entry is free from 1st November to 31st March. Summer opening times 10.00 - 5.00, winter opening times 10.00 - 4.00.
Take a stroll around the 23 acre Tidal Mill Pond at Carew and admire the magnificent Carew Castle which has been both a Norman castle and an Elizabethan country house in its day. There is a picnic site and a one mile circular walk which is suitable for wheel chairs and buggies.
Or park at the picnic spot by the Cleddau Bridge and watch boats go by on the Milford Haven waterway.
Views over the picturesque Tenby Harbour combine colourful Georgian buildings, boats, water and the ruins of Tenby castle - the classic picture postcard! There are plenty of benches from which to admire this view.
